Return Eligibility: In the same condition as received. The item must be in it's original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to reach your account may vary based on your payment provider.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or style, please contact our customer service. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
